3. Registration and Bookings

• Participants must complete registration forms accurately; minors require parental or guardian consent.
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon payment or written confirmation from our team.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment must follow the rates displayed on our website or communicated by staff.
• Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session.
• Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable, and approved refunds may take up to seven business days.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, follow coach instructions, and wear appropriate sports attire and protective gear.
• Respect other participants and staff members, and disclose health conditions or injuries prior to training.
• Lacrosse Zones may remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or presents a safety risk.

6. Health and Safety

All activities involve physical exertion. By joining, you confirm you are physically fit to participate. Lacrosse Zones is not liable for injuries resulting from personal negligence or failure to follow instructions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• We are not liable for injuries arising from normal participation risks.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property
